Event Enquiries and Bookings

Customers can contact AN Events through our website enquiry form, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking.

AN Events will discuss the customer's requirements and confirm the available services, event arrangements and applicable pricing before the booking is confirmed.

For event bookings, a 50% deposit is required before the event to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is payable after the event ends, unless different payment arrangements have been agreed with AN Events in writing.

Specific event arrangements may be confirmed through WhatsApp, telephone, email, quotation, booking confirmation or other written communication between the customer and AN Events.

Event Services and Customer Responsibilities

AN Events may provide event planning, venue arrangements, decoration, entertainment, photography, videography and other services depending on the customer's requirements.

Where AN Events is responsible for arranging or providing a particular service, AN Events will coordinate that service as agreed with the customer.

Where the customer independently chooses or hires an outside supplier or vendor, the customer is responsible for that supplier and the arrangements made directly with them.

Customers are responsible for providing AN Events with accurate information about their event requirements, including relevant guest numbers, timings, services and other details necessary for planning and delivering the event.

Customers should also follow reasonable instructions provided by AN Events relating to the use of the venue and event services.

Venue and Event Arrangements

Venue arrangements, available capacity, event timings, setup requirements and other details may vary depending on the type and requirements of the event.

Customers should discuss their specific requirements with AN Events before confirming their booking.

Photos, Videos and Marketing

If a customer does not wish their event or identifiable images to be used for promotional purposes, they should communicate this to AN Events before the relevant content is used.
